Get up. Dress up. Show up.

Today is your day of purpose, it’s time for you to arise and be counted. The world is waiting on you. So you have to Get up, Dress up and Show up! You have sat dormant too long wasting all of your good dreams, hopes and aspirations. You keep talking about them but where is the manifestation? I hear you saying I am going to go back to school and get my degree, now this was five years ago. The degree is waiting on you, but you act like you are waiting on it. I hear you saying I am going to stop renting and purchase me a house, guess what, that house you want is out there and the price is right!

What are you waiting on; the only thing that separates you from the person that have those things is YOU. The person that has it all gets up every morning with a vision. What is your purpose in life? What were you placed here to do, are you doing it or are you talking about it and getting on everyone’s nerves, because they really are tired of hearing about what you are going to do. They want to see some results!

The first thing you have to do is write your vision down, yes; you have to do this otherwise you will never move towards it. The bible says to write the vision and make it plan. You must be precise in the things that you want to happen in your life. Take the time to read it and meditate on it day and night. Wake up with your vision on your mind, go to bed with your vision on your mind. Tell God what you want to do and ask him to lead and guide you. Once you have in your mind what you want, then you have to move forward, yes that means you have to turn off the TV sometimes, guess what; all of the people that you admire on your favorite shows, had a vision, they saw themselves as actors. They got up, dressed up and showed up! They got the part, so now you are living out your life through them.

I tell you today to Get up – get up off of your do nothing, get up from your place of complacency, get up from mumbling and complaining, listen; the world don’t owe you nothing. Get up from there, go get the house, go get the car, and go get the degree, go get the life that you know was promised to you! Get up!!

Then you got to Dress up – take that long look off of your face, take that 'nobody don’t like me'

tone out of your voice, take that I’m to old, I’m to big, I’m to small, I’m not strong enough, I’m not smart enough attitude and throw it away! Now put the; I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me attitude on! Put the no weapon formed against me shall prosper look on, put that I can have what I say I can have look on your face!

Once you do those two things then I need you to Show up – go find the house, go look for the car, go sign up for the class, go apply for the job! The world is waiting on you…If you don’t want what it has to offer then it will gladly give your portion to the person that got up, dressed up and showed up!
